Features

Everything it does.
As one system.

Strength, cardio, mobility, nutrition and recovery, planned together by one engine.

01 · Training that adjusts

It adapts before you ask.

Short night, high stress, a sore shoulder: it picks it up from your watch or your morning check-in and changes today’s workout to fit.

→After a short night it gives you a lighter workout and tells you why in one line.
→Flag a sore joint and it swaps out the exercises that would hurt it.
→Tell it “I’m exhausted” or “hotel till Sunday, just a band,” and it changes the plan, with Undo.
tap the toggle — see the day’s plan change.
rate the set — see what it does to your next weight.
02 · The engine

You rate the set. The engine does the math.

After each set you rate how hard it felt, and a rules engine built on published research uses that to set your next weights. It sets every rep and rest period too.

→Ask why about any number and it shows you its reasoning.

The other four pillars — handled by the same engine.

Mobility

Picked to fit the moment.

Hip 90/902:00
T-spine opener1:30
Ankle dorsiflexionadded

122 stretches in 12 categories, picked for what you trained and where you’re tight — never filler.

Nutrition

Targets that move with you.

Protein168 g
Carbs240 g
Fat70 g

When your weight trend drifts, it suggests a change to your targets — you decide.

Recovery

It eases off when you need it.

61/100 ready
5h sleepHRV 54ms

Each morning it works out how ready you are to train from your sleep and heart-rate variability, and offers a lighter workout when you need one.

Cardio

Counted toward your week.

It times your Zone 2 (easy, steady cardio) and your hard cardio, and counts both toward your week.

Your Apple Watch shows your heart rate and tells you whether you’re in your range.

On outdoor walks, runs and rides, it shows your distance and pace.

Heart rate needs an Apple Watch.
03 · Injury-aware

Injuries never become your job.

Flag an injury and it swaps out any exercise that would hurt it, before you ever see the plan. No “avoid” lists to keep.

→It checks in as you heal: “still bothering you?” keeps them out; “all good” brings them back.
→Sharp or new pain? It points you to a clinician — me. is not a diagnostic tool.
flag the shoulder — see the plan work around it.
04 · It remembers you

The longer you train, the better it knows you.

Every session, meal and check-in teaches it more about you. It shows you what it has noticed; tap “Not me” on anything wrong and it’s gone.

Patterns

Your mornings.

Light day

5 of the last 14 mornings called for a light day: short sleep 3, soreness 2.

In your planOn a light day, the lighter workout leads.
Placeholder · iPhone on its side Real capture goes here: an exercise clip playing full-screen, in Apple’s device frame.
Placeholder · Apple Watch The set card: SET 2 OF 4, the movement, weight and reps, LOG SET.
log a set on your wrist — feel the tap when the rest is over.
05 · On your wrist

Your phone shows the movement. Your watch logs the set.

Turn your phone on its side and the exercise video fills the screen. Your Apple Watch shows the weight and reps, logs the set with one tap, and taps your wrist when the rest is over. Your iPhone needs to be nearby but can stay locked.

→Your rest countdown shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and so does the clock on timed holds and stretches.
→A home-screen widget and your watch face show today’s workout.
→Every session you finish is saved to Apple Health as a workout.

It connects dots other apps can't.

short sleep → lighter workout → one line saying why → a better month six

It's so you.
